Orders typically take 1-5 days to process. In some cases, it can take up to 8 days. If its taking a bit longer than usual to process your order, we will shoot you an e-mail giving you the latest updates. Once your order is processed, we will Send you an e-mail letting you your order is on its way.
Once your order has been processed, we will send you an e-mail with an estimated arrival time to receive your order. Most orders usually take 7-18 business days.
It is super important to measure for a great fit. All of our merchandise has measurement size charts. These size charts are available in inches and/or centimeters. Items may run true to size or they can be a couple of sizes off. It is best to have an idea of your measurements prior to purchasing an item. If you order without measuring for accuracy, this could cause delays on both ends.
Did you order from us and your item was too big or too small? No worries. We can order the right size for you. Make sure you have your measurements handy so we can help you promptly.
Before we order your new item:
1.) Your old item must be returned to us. We’ll send you our address. We do not offer refunds or cover the shipping cost to receive your item.
2.) Your original item must be new with original packaging and in excellent condition when we receive it.
3.) Once we have your item in hand, we will go ahead and place your order with the correct sizing.
4.) We can only place a new order for the exact style you originally ordered from us. If we’re out of stock or no longlet carry the original item, we will go ahead and replace the item with something similar to your liking that cost the same price.
5.) The entire shipping process is still the same.
6.) You have 15 days to return the item from the the time you originally contacted us with this concern.
7.) It May take up to 2 weeks to process your order due to other customer priorities. Please be patient with us. We haven’t forgot about you.
Refunds are issued under 2 conditions:
1.) You never received your item and we have verified this through our tracking system.
2.) You received a damaged or broken item. You will need to ship the damaged order back to us with the original packaging. Once we've completed our investigation, you can either order a replacement at no additional cost or we'll issue a full refund to you.
